Heather J. Adams-Beman

Ms. Adams-Beman is a civil litigation attorney with a primary focus in insurance defense, including the defense of both first-party and third-party claims and insurance coverage disputes.  Ms. Adams-Beman has been called upon to assist a number of insurance carriers in claims investigations, to conduct fraud investigations, and to issue coverage opinions on both personal and commercial policies.  She also has experience in both property and workers’ compensation subrogation.  She has tried several cases to verdict in the state court system and has assisted in defending professional malpractice and toxic tort litigation.

Ms. Adams-Beman is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and American Bar Associa

University of Hartford, B.A., 1994; Western New England College School of Law, J.D., 1997.  Admitted to practice in all Connecticut state courts and the United States District Court, District of Connecticut.
